Guru Yoga of Lama Tsong KhapaSecond Sundays at 10 amThis practice is open only to those who have received specific empowerment in it by a qualified lama. Medicine Buddha PracticeFourth Sundays at 10 amThrough this practice the healing power of all the Buddhas is focused and made accessible for use in this world. The Medicine Buddha practice is done for all sentient beings who need healing of any kind. In addition, anyone, Buddhist or not, who has a loved one who needs healing can ask to have his or her loved one (or himself or herself) included in the dedication. This is a beautiful, powerful practice for all those who participate, as well as for those for whom it is dedicated. Everyone is invited to attend. Red Tara practiceThird Sundays at 10 amThis is a practice of meditative visualization and prayer in which enlightened mind is visualized in the form of Red Tara, a powerful feminine deity. It is open to all, although certain aspects of the practice require specific empowerment by a qualified lama. ChadrukpaThursdays at 8:30 pmThis practice is open only to those who have received specific empowerment in it by a qualified lama.
